I was surprised by all the “prickly” plants that wanted to be in this blend; ie Scottish thistle and holly. I had to use gloves as I worked with them.
It made me realise that men can be a little prickly too (pash rash), but also I feel the ‘prickly’ is a bigger part of their sacred offerings as protectors.
