This is a one-off, wearable piece of art created in collaboration with Tamsin Crocker from Edge of Earth and Fiona Reid from Way of the Fae.
Pendant measures 6cms x 9cms
Hand pressed Kangaroo Leather Pouch with macrame with moss agate and dragon’s blood jasper beads, and brass bells.
The Symbology of the Faery Star:
While the pentacle may be seen as representing our human form, much like Da Vinci’s Vitruvian Man, with the five points representing head, arms and legs, it is believed that the seven pointed star includes the winged tips of the Fae. Some say that this is our evolutionary form. Our ideal.
I believe it goes deeper than this. For me, the seven points may also represent the seven realms, the seven chakras, and most importantly the seven levels of Soul evolution/growth.
